I am a teacher in Texas, so this is the last unit I teach before we start reviewing for the Algebra 1 EOC. In Algebra 1 in the state of Texas, we do not cover horizontal and vertical translations of exponential functions; nor do we cover solving exponential equations. These concepts are covered in Algebra 2, so they are not included in this unit bundle. Additionally, as it is near the end of the year, my warmups become a spiral review of prior concepts that I want my students to recall.
