On this tracker you are able to make notes on how a student is doing academically and emotionally. With child abuse and neglect going unreported, it is vital that we observe and note our students.
The tracker has a contact check list for each week and a code system to indicate how you communicated with the student. Z=Zoom, E=Email, T=Text message, S=Social Media, P=Phone call.
