Description

10 activities broken down into three "pathways" that will support online learning and practice with basic quadrilaterals: rectangles, rhombuses and squares.

These activities should be bought by someone who is comfortable assigning and using google classroom with their students. Students should also have experience using G Suite Tools, as all activities are either Google Forms or Google Slides, prior to use in the classroom.

Standard Alignment:

CCSS-3.G.A.1

Understand that shapes in different categories (e.g., rhombuses, rectangles, and others) may share attributes (e.g., having four sides), and that the shared attributes can define a larger category (e.g., quadrilaterals). Recognize rhombuses, rectangles, and squares as examples of quadrilaterals, and draw examples of quadrilaterals that do not belong to any of these subcategories.
