Description

Trying to find a quick way to see if your students are meeting standards? What about a resource that is self-grading and can be easily assigned during distance learning? Well, you’ve found it! I’ve been wanting short, self- grading Forms for a while and have found them sooo useful this year. These are Common Core aligned Google Forms that act as a quick assessment of understanding. I give these to students at the beginning of the unit to help me identify where we are at before direct instruction. Then, I give the exit tickets after the standard has been taught to help me understand if the student has met mastery.

How it Works:

You will receive one document with links to each of the 26 Google Forms. The links are in “force copy” format, so you will make your own copy by clicking. Then, you can edit and assign your copy however you’d like.

  • 26 Google Forms organized by Common Core Standard (5th Grade)
  • This is a bundle product that covers all 5 of the mathematical domains: Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Number and Operations in Base Ten, Number and Operations—Fractions, Measurement and Data, and Geometry
  • Check out my Math Exit Ticket Freebie to see an example of this resource

If you don’t have Google Classroom, there are still other ways to get this out to your students. Email me, and we can figure out what’s best.

Be sure to follow my store to be the first to know when I release new resources. New resources units are 20% off the first day!

Please let me know how it goes! I love getting feedback from teachers and hearing how they implement resources with their students.

How to get TpT credit to use on future purchases:

Please go to your My Purchases page (you may need to login). Below each purchase, you will see a Provide Feedback button. Simply click it and you will be taken to a page where you can give a quick rating and leave a short comment for the product. to see state-specific standards (only available in the US).
Convert among different-sized standard measurement units within a given measurement system (e.g., convert 5 cm to 0.05 m), and use these conversions in solving multi-step, real world problems.
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Use operations on fractions for this grade to solve problems involving information presented in line plots. For example, given different measurements of liquid in identical beakers, find the amount of liquid each beaker would contain if the total amount in all the beakers were redistributed equally.
Recognize volume as an attribute of solid figures and understand concepts of volume measurement.
