Description

This Google Slide resource is a fun way for your students to create a digital Mother’s Day card gift during distance learning. Share the Google Slide with your classroom. Students can create their own design and share it with their mom on Mother’s Day. If they have a printer at home, they can print out their page. Another option is to send it to their mom via email. If a student does not have access to those options, they can simply show their mom the card that they made.

**Please note, student familiarity with how to copy and paste individual images, increase/decrease image sizes, and how to rotate a selected image will allow for better image manipulation to create their designs and is highly recommended.

To use this resource, you will need to use Google Drive. After adding this resource, TPT will add a copy to your Google Drive. You can upload the Google Slide to Google Classroom and select "Make a copy for each student" in your Google Classroom assignment.

The students in my class had not been on computers very long when online learning began. Some students found this difficult to navigate a mouse to create the image that they desired. This would be a great resource for students that were a bit older.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that some of your students had difficulties. I agree that this resource can be difficult to navigate if students do not have familiarity with image manipulation. As noted in the product description "student familiarity with how to copy and paste individual images, increase/decrease image sizes, and how to rotate a selected image will allow for better image manipulation to create their designs and is highly recommended."
