This activity has 12 questions that require students to perform various operations on polynomials. This includes adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing of monomials, binomials, and trinomials. The form is ready to send to your students, and will grade it for you! It would be great as a reinforcement skill builder or mini assessment.
FYI: You and your students will need a free Google account to access this activity. This activity can be shared with students through email, a secure classroom website, or Google Classroom. Although this activity can be printed from Google Drive, a printed copy of this activity is not included.
