This Google Form has students answer questions about order of operations. Students will solve a variety of questions including word problems. This quiz marks itself and each question is worth 2 points for a total of 14 points. The last question asks students about how they are feeling about this mathematical concept. The Google Form will auto-generate a spreadsheet where you can check to see who has completed the check in and see each student’s individual answer. This check in can be used as assessment as, for or of learning.
