This activity was designed for a self contained 5th grade classroom. It can be used in many grades and for students of varying abilities!

There are three directions (which are all editable in case you want to change them): students are asked to watch a video which links to YouTube. Then, students are asked to review the moon phases. And last, students are asked to drag and drop the correct moon phase words underneath the picture shown.

Please note that all answer choices are also editable. You can INCREASE or DECREASE the number of choices you give students!

You can even make this an errorless learning activity!

This lesson is a great curriculum aligned activity for your students to complete with distance learning.

Some of the slides have errors. I think three or two of the slides, you are not able to move the entire picture and it was challenging even for me to be able to correct the issue. Like the presentation and the activity but it was frustrating to figure out while I was presenting the slides.
