Enjoy this GOOGLE SLIDES compatible resource which is comprised of THIRTY different SIMPLE FRACTION slides with movable pieces. The differentiated activities can be used for math centers, early finishers, enrichment, remediation, independent work, morning work, focus lessons, and homework. Children will work on identifying fractions while clicking and dragging on each slide. A skills worksheet has been included in the resource for added practice and fine motor development, which is essential in a blended learning primary classroom. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PRINT THE PRACTICE PAGES AND PROVIDE PENCILS. YOU ALSO WILL NEED TO MAKE A COPY OF THE GOOGLE SLIDES LINK FOUND IN THE RESOURCE AND SAVE IT WITH A NEW NAME TO YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE. YOU THEN WILL ASSIGN THE RESOURCE TO YOUR CLASS.

Partition circles and rectangles into two, three, or four equal shares, describe the shares using the words halves, thirds, half of, a third of, etc., and describe the whole as two halves, three thirds, four fourths. Recognize that equal shares of identical wholes need not have the same shape.
Partition shapes into parts with equal areas. Express the area of each part as a unit fraction of the whole. For example, partition a shape into 4 parts with equal area, and describe the area of each part as 1/4 of the area of the shape.
