This digital resource allows educators to teach physical education remotely while still effectively engaging their student and keeping them active! All items included are google classroom compatible.
Included in this 2 week challenge is:
1) A colorful PDF that outlines the 5 challenges for students to complete. They include: playing components of fitness monopoly, an AMRAP workout, rock/paper/scissors fitness, creating an at home escape room, completing a fitness blender workout, & taking an online coaching course, There is also a *BONUS* mental health challenge included in the google slides.
2) A google doc providing specific instructions on what the two week challenge will entail.
3) 8 google slides providing in depth details on each challenge (including the mental health bonus assignment), links to videos, examplars, etc. and instructions on what evidence to submit to their teacher.
4) 3 PDF's for the Benefits of Mindfulness Mental Health Bonus Assignment, the Fitness Monopoly Game, and the Rock/Paper/Scissors workout.
5) Google docs for the online coaching course and Notes to the Teacher
