Objective: Given a multi-syllabic word, to read the words, students will practice breaking words apart by their syllables. Each slide contains animations that isolates each syllable then a star animation that puts the word together as you and students read the word.
Lesson At Glance: (10–12 minutes) The students will break up a multi-syllabic word and then read the word quickly. You can do this activity with one student or a small group.
