Checking in on students and how they are feeling is now easier with this digital form. The form is customizable, so you can edit to add features like a drop down for teacher names, strategies for students to use, and more. This form includes 12 feelings (visual pictures with words) for students to choose from, 7 strategies for students to practice, and a recheck-in to see if the strategy was effective. I also included instructions on how to upload new videos for strategies and how to customize this form to fit your school needs.
