This assessment is aligned distributive property of multiplication (3.OA.B.5 ) and the best part is....it's differentiated. The distributive property can be a difficult concept for 3rd graders and this assessment is modified and offers visual supports for all of your learners. Tier 3 pages include graphic visuals for easy solving and a modified response page, Tier 2 also has visuals, and Tier 1 has a blank space for them to model their advanced thinking.
