Description

Do your students need practice simplifying expressions using the Distributive Property, combining like terms, and finding a common factor? If so, this PowerPoint review presentation and challenge can do that.

The presentation begins with a review of what the Distributive Property is, then reviews how to rewrite expressions with and without variables, combine like terms, and rewrite expression by finding a common factor.

After the review, students try to become a Distributive Property Master by completing a 20-slide challenge to show their mastery of those skills. The expressions in this presentation do not use negative numbers, but there are variables. Lots of practice and fun!
