Description

Isn't your experience that students find it hard to memorise division facts? When children learn their timetables, they are expected to know also the inverse operations but many struggle to visualise and understand what that means and they find it hard to memorise the division facts for every timetable they learn.

This animated and inclusive resource recaps the division terminology and shows how each number gets divided into sets of 6 by means of colourful images. Answers are timed to give the children time to think and challenge themselves to answer before it is shown.

The powerpoint file has a combination of learning and revision slides.

NOTE: the file contains macros (file is zipped) to allow revision slides to be shuffled for random division facts up to 72:6.
