Description
This set of 18 Boom™ Cards, provides students with practice dividing rational numbers. Half of the questions are positive and negative decimals, and the other half are positive and negative fractions and mixed numbers. All questions are short response. All decimals and rational numbers are either integers or decimals/ fractions to the half or quarter. Please note - negative solutions require the negative sign at the numerator of the fraction.

This resource was originally created to be used digitally on the Boom Platform but has since been updated to include a printable PDF version as well! To use the digital version, you will need to set up an account (free or paid options are available!) to assign the deck to students. Depending on whether you want to gather data, your students can set up accounts, or you can display fast pins (free). If you have no interest in the digital option, this set may also be used as a traditional set of task cards!
Digital Boom Cards:
To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you'll need a premium account.
