Description

You may have seen my Multiplication Homework Set product - and now to compliment it is my no prep division math fact homework set which includes weekly packets + assessments!

Students will be taken through a series of weekly homework packets. After completion of each homework packet, there are quick mini assessments to check in on students progress! Math facts in each weekly homework packet are strategically chosen in a specific order as to scaffold students learning. See below for more information!

Each weekly homework packet includes 4 pages:

*A front page with 2 division tables: the fact being worked on, and the fact used to help solve. For example, if students were working on their ÷5 and ÷10 facts, the cover page would include 24 equations total, 12 from each table.

5÷5....10÷5....15÷5...etc...10÷10....20÷10....30÷10...etc

Front page also includes strategies and/or tips to help solve that specific division table.

*3 separate pages of 60 math fact problems each - to practice the focused math fact, and previous math facts practiced. For example, in my product, "level 1" is ÷1, ÷2, ÷5, and ÷10. On level one, they would only practice THOSE facts. In "level 2" students work on ÷3. Level 2 pages would include ÷1, ÷2, ÷5, and ÷10 AND ÷3 facts.

What is Included?

1.) Table of Contents + Product Overview

All weekly packets + assessments include previous level/practiced math facts! (Math Fact packets can be reused as there are going to be working on the same facts!)

2.) 16 Total Reusable Homework packets (4 pages each) - 8 Levels of differentiated practice! Each level includes previous math facts + each front page of packet includes focus on JUST the new division fact that week.

to see state-specific standards (only available in the US).
Interpret products of whole numbers, e.g., interpret 5 × 7 as the total number of objects in 5 groups of 7 objects each. For example, describe a context in which a total number of objects can be expressed as 5 × 7.
Apply properties of operations as strategies to multiply and divide. Examples: If 6 × 4 = 24 is known, then 4 × 6 = 24 is also known. (Commutative property of multiplication.) 3 × 5 × 2 can be found by 3 × 5 = 15, then 15 × 2 = 30, or by 5 × 2 = 10, then 3 × 10 = 30. (Associative property of multiplication.) Knowing that 8 × 5 = 40 and 8 × 2 = 16, one can find 8 × 7 as 8 × (5 + 2) = (8 × 5) + (8 × 2) = 40 + 16 = 56. (Distributive property.)
Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.
