This is a quiz that will assess your student's understanding of how to: determine the domain, range, inverse of a relation, and determining if a relation is a function; finding the midpoint or endpoint of a line given two points; and determine the value of a function. There are 2 different versions with the same difficulty of problems. The midpoint point problems are great because they are application problems. This quiz only has 10 questions, so it could be completed in 15 minutes or less, depending on the level of your students. I would not give them more than 20 minutes though.
