Description
This domain and range guided notes and practice covers identifying the domain and range of continuous and discrete functions/relations.
This resource also covers:
- Identifying if relations are a function or not a function.
The breakdown:
Day 1 introduces students to finding the domain and range of discrete relations - easing students into the of finding x-values and y-values, reading graphs, mappings, tables, and ordered pairs. There are a total of 22 questions throughout the Day 1 section.
Day 2 (this resource) introduces students to finding the domain and range of bounded continuous relations, while still mixing in discrete relations - this set up helps students understand there is a different way to write domain and range depending on if the relations are continuous or discrete. There are a total of 24 questions throughout the Day 2 section.
Day 3 introduces students to finding the domain and range of unbounded continuous relations, while still mixing in discrete relations and bounded continuous relations. There are a total of 27 questions throughout the Day 3 section.
The Domain & Range Quick Review page is a quick and simple review of all the types of domain and range scenarios the kids have learned/need to know. There are 9 questions on the Quick Review.
There are a total of 82 questions included in this resource. Take a look at the preview to see the layout and what all is included in this download.
This is ready to print and implement in the classroom. For personal use only. If sharing with another teacher the product must be purchased again.
