Description
Doodle Math Notes inspired by the Math Giraffe for younger grades are finally here!
This product is a one-page note page on the standard algorithm of multiplication. Included is a sample note page created by me with answers included.
Students fill in important terms and definitions, practice this standard, all while doodling to encourage the link between left and right brain connections!
Doodling in math not only eases stress, it also allows students to make connections within content and encourage stronger retention.
I will be using these notes to teach as an introductory lesson within my division unit through Guided Math with fourth and fifth grade students. Students will use a binder format to host these notes. You may also want to use it for homework or independent work.

Great resource - thanks!
This has been a great refresher for my students in multiplication.
Excellent product! Thank you!
My students were very engaged while taking notes using this tool. However I did tweak it a little when using it by incorporating all of the step by step instructions for using the standard algorithm.
Thank you!
I love teaching with doodle notes. I found that the wording was a little different from the way I usually teach the steps, so I had to make sure I practiced first.
Made the concept much easier for my students to understand.
I love these Doodle notes! Thank you so much for creating such a fun way for students to take notes.
