Description

These Google Slides allow your students to practice double digit addition with and without regrouping. They also allow students to practice their skills of odd and even. If the question requires regrouping, students must show regrouping by adding a 1 above the tens place. This is a no prep activity that can easily be assigned to your students through Google Classroom, or email. No printing required!

What Are Google Slides?
Google Slides is a free web-based presentation program similar to Microsoft PowerPoint. It’s part of G Suite—Google’s complete office suite. As Google Slides is cloud based, it is easy to collaborate, share and assign to your students. Slides work great for math centers, or as a whole class activity. It is also a great tool for online learning. All that's required is an electronic device and a connection to the internet. Students can complete the assignment and submit it through Google Classroom, or email.

This was terrific practice for my students. The math portion was consistently completed, however, many of my students forgot to determine if the number was odd or even (2nd part of the task/slide). It was a good refresher for my students to "pay attention to instructions." Ha Ha
