These problems have all been solved using an addition or subtraction strategy (place value blocks, number lines, expanded form) some problems are solved correctly while some are solved wrong. This allows students to look closely at the strategies and not just answering the problem. Have students discuss the steps, point out what they notice, and see if they can find the mistake and tell why the mistake was made.
