Drama Story Analysis Lesson & Activity
This resource provides a look at the different parts of a story (characters, main events, etc.) and provides follow-up activities for students to do together with their teacher.
There are video links to help explain the different elements/parts of a story, as well as a short interactive online quiz for students to do together (or individually) as a review of the different parts of a story.
After the online quiz, students will then review two separate read aloud stories and try to identify the different parts of a story after they have viewed the read aloud video (link provided).
This lesson and activities are presented within 16 google slides with some video links about the parts of a story, as well as a review of these story elements as applied to two short read aloud stories.
TOTAL OF 2 or 3 LESSONS approximately 40 minutes in length.
Answer key is provided as part of the review of each story read aloud.
