Description

This is a 7th grade level Math Project. Students use skills such as applying tax, figuring out a down payment, using simple interest to take out a loan, addition subtraction multiplication and division of decimals. Due to the fact that I created it for 7th graders it is well guided and explained, but it could be adjusted with less direction and guidance for a higher grade level.

This was a great resource to add into my car buying unit in personal finance and helped students see the true cost of borrowing money to buy a car.
