Perfect art/ craft activity to accompany the children's book, "Duck! Rabbit!" by Amy Krouse Rosenthal, a fun read aloud about perspective and trick of the eyes.

Great for Reading Centers for all grade levels! Read aloud the story "Duck! Rabbit!" Get Your Copy or watch MaiStoryBooks FREE interactive read aloud video, and then have students color, cut, and create the "Duck or Rabbit" Pinwheel Craft.

Ways to use the craft:

  • Use your craft to persuade a family member or friend to agree with you that the animal is a duck or rabbit
  • Have the craft as a reading buddy while you reread the story and change the bodies on your craft to match the animal on the different pages of the book.
  • Take your craft with you to retell the story to a family member or friend, and ask them about their own perspective: is it a rabbit or a duck?

- Directions- both visual step by step and written
