As this resource is a Google Doc, you will be able to edit everything to include specific wording and details for your program. To make this resource most beneficial for you, make sure your program involves high school students visiting an elementary/preschool classroom on a regular basis. You would likely have a course similar to Early Childhood Education, Peer Tutoring, Intro to Teaching, Cadet Teaching, etc. In my courses, students served as "mentors" to elementary students in the district.
