Teaching style

As a teacher, I have learned to fully embrace my easily-distracted self. I often see this as an opportunity to create products that work for me, not against me. For example, lesson planning templates with drop down menus for quick access to state standards, editable planners that allow me to pick and choose what I want to focus on, and print-and-go activities for around the dinner table discussions with my kids. Work smarter, not harder, y'all.

Additional biographical information

Outside of teaching, I am a busy Christian mom (born and raised in the South!) who believes in grace over perfection. I love creating tools to help my family and others' thrive, finding the humor in daily chaos, and encouraging moms to laugh, breathe, and find what systems work best for them. I’m passionate about building a community of organized-ish parents and teachers who know that small steps, faith, and humor can make life easier.
