Description
With this product you will be able to create a Name Practice File Folder. To use the editable feature of this product simply open in in Adobe Reader to type the child's name.
Each folder has 4 different practice Activities:
-- "My name is" for name recognition
-- "Touch each dot and say each letter" for letter recognition
-- "Spell your name" using individual letter boxes with letters to spell the child's name
-- "Trace your name" dotted letters with directional arrows
-- "Write your name" a blank box for name writing practice
Pages should be printed on card stock for stability. You can choose to either laminate the whole folder after attaching the activities to the folder OR laminate the pages and then attach them to the folder. The "write your name" section should be laminated to make it reusable with a dry erase marker. I also recommend using velcro dots to secure the letter boxes to the folder and to make the spelling activity reusable.

Great value
I love all the different approaches to write and learn the letters on their names.
A helpful resource
Great resource! The story is simple, clear, and effective in teaching safe body choices. My students connected well with it and understood the expectations right away.
I have another name activity for my other students, but this one is perfect for my students with low skills and/or short attention span. It is still working on how to write and spell their names, but with fewer activities so they aren't confused. Thank you for this resource!
This was great for my PreK students. We used if for morning work once it was introduced. They knew exactly what to do each morning.
Great resource. My child had a lot of fun using it.
I used this resource for the children that are learning to write/spell their names. This is used in the classroom and also as a follow up at home. I love this idea! Thank you for sharing.
