I am discovering that even though I like how well Everyday Math 4 is aligned to CCSS, making the switch between the last edition and the current edition is, and has been very labor intensive. In whatever way I can help my fellow teachers with the planning and prep so that they can focus on the teaching, I will.
I do NOT like writing lesson plans. If I am to be totally honest, I think they are a waste of time. So, this summer, after I learned that we would be adopting Everyday Math 4 for the coming school year, I wrote unit plans for all of the odd units and Unit 6. I'll be doing the other even units soon and posting them as well. Unit 1 is free because it's May and nobody is on Unit 1 anymore and because there is no standard for what lesson plans should include and this may or may not be useful. But it is a word document where you can edit what you need.

Future plans will be sold in a bundle for the year which will include Units 1-8. They will all be editable word documents.
**Please note that because of the nature of Everyday Math, Game/Remediation/Catch Up Days are built into the curriculum. That "Game Day" is on every 5th day in the plan. I thought that it would be better to have it in the plan and you not need it, then trying to create it if it weren't there. Again, totally editable document: "Create Your Friday."
