The Lightstream Technique is an EMDR-based exercise designed to help you transform and release negative emotions, physical sensations, or distressing thoughts by visualizing a stream of healing light. This exercise uses your imagination to shift your focus from discomfort to a sense of calm and well-being. Follow the directions closely and fully engage in the visualization process. Included in this script are prompts the therapist can read, as well as fillable blanks you or your client can fill in to keep records of client responses.
