This is a whole class reward system. Let the kids pick a picture card and they work to earn all of the letters in the word before earning that word. For example, if the class picks the picture “popcorn” then when they earn all of the letters in the word “popcorn” they get to have a popcorn party. Each time the class does something wonderful (quite in the hallway, gets a compliment from another teacher or class, etc.) they earn a letter. I have Included 21 picture cards to start your collection. The pictures I have included are free or cheap to make and use.
