Group activity for Earth Day.

Fun group activitiy for student about Earth Day. To encourage students to be aware of environmental conservation for our world with the topic of waste segregation.

Collaborative Poster :

  • Students answer questions and write their opinions about earth day and waste separation using the given prompts. Then, color by numbers and assemble the pieces.
  • Teamwork, increase relationships in the classroom, friends, teachers or families. Let students learn to work together.

Example prompt

  • How can we help the planet in our daily lives?
  • What is recyclable waste? Give some examples.
  • What happens if hazardous waste is mismanaged?
  • Why is proper waste disposal important?

Include : There are 16 pieces in total and a guide is attached. PDF file 3 options.

  1. Poster with writing prompt.
  2. Poster without writing prompt.
  3. Small coloring page poster on 1 page.

How to use

  1. Print on 8.5 x 11 inches paper. Can use reused paper.
  2. Make groups of students and assign this to them.
  3. Students write responses to the prompts that appear.
  4. Students read the guide and color according to the instructions.
  5. When finished. Cut it out along the dotted lines. Students will receive 16 pieces.
  6. Each piece has a codes to make it easy to assemble. Assemble according to the position in the guide. The message "SAVE OUR PLANET" will appear.
  7. Students will receive a colorful collaboration poster that they created together.
