"This was perfect for Easter as just an extra activity for the end of class or a reward day. My students enjoyed the option!"

Description

This Easter themed color by music note set contains 4 designs in two different formats. In the first format students will see the note or symbol and then what color to use. In the first format the note matches the notes in the picture. In the second format students will see the note name and then what color to use. The note names indicate notes that can be found in the picture. The first format is best for younger students and the second for older students.

Notes used: quarter note, whole note, barred eighth notes, half note, 4 sixteenth notes, quarter rest, single eighth note, triplets (eighth note) and quarter rest.

This set would be great to use in centers or workstations in your classroom. Simple design would be great to leave for a substitute teacher. The finished product makes an adorable bulletin board too!

This kit comes as a PDF.

I used this for a substitute activity. I added the pictures of the symbols next to the words for the 1st graders so that all of them could complete the sheet with ease. The substitute reported that the kids enjoyed the sheet. I enjoyed that there was a variety of images available.
