Thank you for your interest in the Easter Roll and Graph Activity. This activity is a fun and engaging way to work on data collection, as well as interpreting the data in numerous different ways.

I have always enjoyed doing Roll and Graph activities with my daughter. They are a really fun tool to help teach her about data collection and how to create a graph.

However, I quickly saw that these Roll and Graph activities had a lot more to offer. That's where the data sheets come in. These sheets take the activity a step further by requiring that students do something with the data they have created.

I've included three different data sheets. You can use one or all three based on the needs of your students.

The first data sheet asks students to find which symbol was rolled the most, which symbol was rolled the least, and to compare the rolls of two symbols using < , > , and = .

The second data sheets asks students to add the rolls of two symbols together and find the sum.

The third data sheet asks students to multiply the rolls of two symbols together and find the product.

The Roll and Graph activity is great for use in math centers, as a fun task for early finishers and eager learners, or even as an engaging take home activity for students to complete with their parents. It even works well as a small group activity for several students to complete together.
