Are you looking for mental math games to add, subtract, multiply & divide this spring with a St. Patrick's Day and Easter theme? These loop games will get your students excited about practicing mental math calculations to get quicker and more confident at working out calculations accurately. The resources are great for a starter math lesson to 'warm up' math thinking, at the end of a lesson or as a stand-alone activity to fill in a few minutes and practice those all-important addition, subtraction, multiplication and division math skills.

Time how long it takes to complete the loop and challenge them to do this quicker on another day. Write down the times and see how quick they are at the end of the week if they do this every day.

Differentiation is easy as there are easier and harder calculations to work out in each game. If you have fewer than 32 students then give those who are more confident more than 1 card as an extra challenge.
