Dear Educator,

Thank you for purchasing the Easter & Spring List Writing Prompts. This set of 32 writing prompts will are a fun yet simple tool to get your students writing quickly.

Included in this packet you will find:

- 32 List Writing Prompts

- 3 list recording sheets (5 answers and 1 drawing spot)

- 3 list recording sheets (10 answers and 1 drawing spot)

Writing lists can really be a gratifying task for young writers. It’s a relatively easy activity that produces quick results. In short, it can give young writers a boost of confidence that they need to flourish into seasoned writers.

With 32 writing prompts included, you’ll find a variety of topics covered. From things to hide in Easter eggs to foods you might grow in a garden, I have tried to include topics that many children can relate and respond to easily.

I have also included two sets of recording sheets. The first is for the youngest of writers and includes a spot for the topic and lines to list 5 responses to the topic. There is also a drawing spot so that the student can draw anything they would like to from their list.

The second set of recording sheets is for a bit older or more seasoned writers. This set includes a spot for the topic and ten lines to record responses to the topic. There is also a drawing box, but students are prompted to draw three things from their list.

To prolong the life of the materials, I do recommend printing things that are not consumable (such as the writing prompt cards) on cardstock and laminating them as well.

Thank you again for your purchase. I hope you enjoy the Easter & Spring List Writing Prompts as much as I do.
