This Conference form is designed with fields that can be typed in to as you have a conference with a parent. You can fill out the form with any recommendations you might have for the student, print two copies, and have the parent take one with them when they leave. The other copy you have readily available for your records. Another option is to "save as" and have the form kept in a folder on your computer. Just rename it to "Ben Franklin Conference" (but put the student name rather than Ben's)
