Description
This authentic Chinese reading material series is designed according to the New York State New Standard themes and topics, such as identity; contemporary life; science, technology, and the arts; global awareness; and community engagement.
The material reflects real life reading scenarios to increase students' knowledge of Chinese culture and language. It includes a collection of real life reading material and fact-based questions, allowing students to practice both reading and writing. Teachers can also use it for a speaking assignment.
How to use:
It can be used to introduce Chinese culture and everyday life.
It can be used as a reading quiz.
It can be used as a teamwork reading and writing activity in class.
It can be used as a combined writing and speaking activity.
It can be used as homework or classroom work.
