This is a communication sheet home that the teacher and the student use to process the child's behavior for the day based on the classroom contract created at the beginning of the year. The student and teacher sit down together to process the behavior, the feeling behind it, additional problems it may have caused, and a better way to handle the situation so that the student can be successful and achieve their goals. When using this note it is important for the teacher to communicate (as stated in the communication sheet) that both the student and the teacher agreed by signing the classroom contract that the teacher would help the student be their best.
