This behavior report allows you to communicate with parents regarding their child's behavior on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This behavior report corresponds with a colored clip chart, however you do not need to use a clip chart for this behavior report. This report can also be used for an individual student's behavior or for the whole class. For older students, you can train students to color in their own behavior color at the end of the day.
