When holding conferences, it is always a good idea to make sure parents are aware of what time their conference begins and ends.

This way, you can make sure you are giving your full attention and time to each family or student.

This is also a great resource for you as well to make sure you know which student or family will be coming up and get mentally prepared for the next conference.

**I will often print two copies – one for me near where I am sitting with the families and students, and one hanging outside my door for parents to reference.**
