This editable document includes 11 different colors of gingham check labels/tags in two sizes.

The first is a 4 x 3 1/3 label that can be printed on Avery 5164 Shipping Labels so that you can just print, peel and stick. If you don't have Adhesive labels you can print these on card-stock, cut and laminate.

The second is a half sheet label. Use Avery Half Sheet Shipping Labels or print on card-stock.


Pick your favorite label color or colors, choose a font you like, highlight the text box, insert your own text, change the font size if needed, save and print.
