Perfect Lesson Plan Template
Rated 5 out of 5
November 14, 2025

Great value
This lesson plan was exactly what I needed for my Tier I and Tier II small groups. I searched through multiple templates and this was the only one I found that met every single need, with extra space to share. We have a template that must be used for our weekly lesson plans per our district, but we were told if we find something that contains all of the elements needed, we can choose our own. I make a template for each of my 3 sections, and then create a slide for every group in that section. I then link it to the original lesson plan. It has been a lifesaver in terms of planning. Thank you!
