Editable lesson plan template I have used for years. The layout is a horizontal Monday-Friday, school hour layout in which the rows and columns may be adjusted as necessary. There is enough space in each cell to title each box with the curricular area/subject. Lessons can be typed in with small font, or printed and written in.
