As a teacher for 30 years, I know that having a colorful and engaging newsletter for families increases engagement, clarity, and involvement. Especially, when using a visually appealing template it has the power to change the way families interact with the teacher. It not only encourages families to read them more thoroughly but also saves you precious time from having to repeat yourself in emails countless times.
In this pack, I’ve included FIFTY custom templates PLUS 12 monthly templates. All sized at 8x11. You now have one for every single week of the school year and every month. I’ve also included 5 general templates to be used and decorated at your own discretion. The template themes include Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Presidents Day, Valentines Day, Earth Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Birthday. Science, Space, Sports, Art, Animals, Oceans, Insects, and Reptiles.)
All texts, clipart, borders, etc are ALL EDITABLE. The title is the only fixed image throughout everything. (Which can easily be changed with your own fonts).
As the newsletters are bright and colorful, I have always sent my newsletters by email.
- Select the newsletter you wish to use, click ‘Save As’ and select PDF under file type (This keeps all the elements from moving), and then send to your selected families.
- For those families without email access, you can print them easily by just turning the background colors to white, but leaving all the images. They still turn out beautifully!
