I like to laminate or put this in a dry erase pocket so that I can change it out as needed. The topic has our goal of the week, and I track how a student is performing on each lesson's formative assessment. This allows me to quickly see who is progressing towards mastery, who has already mastered it, and who I need to offer additional supports to.
