Description
Transform Teacher Evaluation into a Professional Growth Journey.
EduReflect 360 is a high-fidelity, longitudinal portfolio designed to move beyond "box-ticking" exercises. Grounded in a decade of pedagogical research, this digital tool empowers educators to track their professional trajectory across 12 core domains—from Lesson Planning to Subject Knowledge.
Why Educators Love EduReflect 360:
- Evidence-Based Growth: Uses a 5-level qualitative scale (Emerging to Leading) instead of arbitrary numbers, creating a meaningful roadmap for career progression and development.
- Longitudinal Tracking: The dynamic "Mastery Trajectory" chart visualizes growth over multiple snapshots, allowing teachers to see their impact over months and years.
- Automated SMART Goals: The system programmatically identifies the three highest-priority growth areas and prompts the creation of actionable objectives.
- Privacy-First Design: Data is stored locally on the user's device. No cloud logins or external servers are required, ensuring total professional confidentiality.
What’s Included in the Download:
- The EduReflect 360 App File: A standalone HTML5/JavaScript application (works in any web browser) and can be used offline.
- Implementation & User Guide: A comprehensive PDF manual for School Leaders and Mentors.
3. Technical Specifications (For the Sidebar)
- Format: ZIP Folder containing HTML, JS, CSS, and PDF files.
- Compatibility: Works on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android (any device with a modern web browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
- Grade Levels: K-12, Higher Education, and Instructional Coaching.
- Resource Type: Professional Development, Instructional Coaching, Teacher Manuals.
EduReflect 360 can work entirely offline while still running in a standard web browser. Since the app is built using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, it doesn't require a constant internet connection to function. Here is how it handles offline use:
1. Standalone Launch
If you have the EduReflect 360 folder or ZIP file on your device, you can simply open the index.html file. It will launch in your default browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) even if your Wi-Fi is turned off.
2. Local Data Persistence
The app uses a technology called Local Storage (a "built-in filing cabinet" inside your browser).
- When you complete a snapshot or write a reflection while offline, the browser automatically saves that data to your hard drive.
- The next time you open the app—even days later without internet—your previous logs, trajectory charts, and spider diagrams will still be there.
3. The "Export/Import" Safety Net
Because your data stays strictly on your local device, the Export feature is your best friend for offline security:
- Exporting: While offline, you can click "Export (.JSON)" to save a physical copy of your entire pedagogical history to a folder on your PC or phone.
- Portability: You can move this small file via a USB stick or Bluetooth between devices without ever needing a cloud connection.
4. Printing to PDF
The PDF Export feature also works offline. The app uses the jsPDF and html2canvas libraries bundled in your code to "photograph" your results and generate a professional document locally on your machine.
Important Note for Offline Use:
If you are using the app offline and decide to clear your browser cache or format your computer, your Local Storage data will be deleted. Always perform a "Hard Save" by using the Export (.JSON) button once a month to ensure your data is backed up in a separate folder on your device.
