Description
This is a game to help students practice calculating elapsed time. I use beads as game pieces and I print the game boards and cards on card stock.
Give each student a card. This is their personal start time. Then, students roll and move the number of spaces indicated on the dice. Students will either add or subtract time, depending on where they land. Their partner or group members should calculate the time as well in order to "check" their work. Students should take turns until one player reaches the end. This can be played in groups of 2 or more (2-4 would work best).
