Elementary Level Behavioral Goal Setting Sheets
Share

Description

This product is two behavioral goal setting sheets for early elementary and elementary students. Both sheets have the student identify a behavioral goal to work on. The first document has pictures with written text describing the behavior pictured. The students are asked to circle the picture of the behavior they want to work on. (Alternatively you could pre-circle the behavior you want the student to work on, if the student is not able to choose a good goal for themselves). I have included four common target behaviors, and the document is available both as a pdf and as an editable PowerPoint slide. This way you can change up the target behaviors as needed. The second document has a space for the student to draw the behavior they will work on and then describe it. Both documents have stars for the student to color in as they successfully practice the behavior and a place to draw the reward they are trying to earn.

Included:

- Behavioral Goal Setting Sheet (pre-chosen target behaviors) as a pdf

- Behavioral Goal Setting Sheet (open option for target behavior) as a pdf

- Behavioral Goal Setting Sheet (pre-chosen target behaviors) as a PowerPoint Slide
