Description
This is a great emergent reader to use during the month of December. These adorable reindeer faces are shaped like the following shapes: circle, square, triangle, rectangle, oval, hexagon, rhombus, trapezoid, octagon, & pentagon. The pages are not numbered,. so you can remove the pages of any shapes that you are not working on with your kiddos, if you wish. Your students will practice concepts of print with patterned text, enlarged font, and exaggerated spacing. They will also practice reading high frequency words (sight words), and will learn to recognize and name 2 dimensional shapes.
